About

While studying engineering in college, I realized how much I disliked working with machines, but how fascinated I was with the engine that drives us humans — our mind, emotions, and beliefs.

My corporate life took off well. I was fortunate to contribute to the growth of a company from 25 to 35,000 employees over a decade, across large-scale operations, quality, and consulting roles.

At the peak of my career, I hit a mid-life crisis — a bit before mid-life. The success no longer felt like success. My health suffered, and contentment faded. So I quit.

Through an unexpected turn of events, I became Executive Director at INK (the conference that brought TED to India). I encountered artists, scientists, activists, and athletes pushing the edges of their domains.

Today, I focus on three things: helping leaders find their calling, helping leaders break stagnation and catapult their impact, and helping individuals and organizations craft meaningful stories.

These may look different, but they are deeply connected. All require presence, deep listening, and the courage to cut through layers to reach what is most human and true.

I am trained and/or certified in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt), COPC, PMP, Marshall Goldsmith Coaching, Tony Robbins Coaching, and am an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Clients include Google and InMobi.
